Is there a cost to sign up?
No. Just sign up, browse through our selection and proceed to checkout.
What's the minimum order?
The minimum order is 3 DVDs.
We may hold partial rentals for large orders for new members.
What's the cost of DVD rentals?
TV drama series and movies are $2.99 each.
How long is the rental?
You have 10 full days to view the DVDs. We do stamp an estimated postmark due date on return envelope. We do add extra days for shipping.
Is there any extra cost?
No extra charges. You pay only for the DVD rentals. We pay for postage both ways.
How do I return the DVDs?
Simply place the disc in the included prepaid envelope.
How come I can't play some of the DVDs on my DVD player?
Most of the DVD from Korea are formatted for their region which is DVD Region 3. All DVD sold in USA are DVD Region 1. You must have a Region Free DVD player or you can change your region setting for your computer/laptop DVD-ROM.
Is the quality of the movie the same between a Korean version and a Hong Kong version?
No. There is a difference in video and audio quality as well as quality of the English subtitles.
How fast will I get my DVDs?
All orders are shipped by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Per USPS, it should take about 2 - 5 business days for delivery. If it has not been confirmed by the USPS that the item was delivered, there might have been a delay. Please allow couple more days and do not count weekends. If order has not been delivered by 10 business days, we will ship out a replacement order. Please understand that we have no control over USPS.
